Questionnaire

HIV and AIDS related risk perception, health behavior, and access to health care among Nepalese living in Japan

This survey aims at understanding the levels of knowledge about HIV, subjective risk of HIV infection, and to investigate how HIV testing can be made accessible and convenient to Nepalese living in the Tokyo metropolitan area. The questionnaire will not identify individuals or cause any inconvenience to those who participate in the survey. Your participation in this research will be entirely voluntary and will not be disadvantaged if you do not cooperate or stop answering midway through the survey. Your responses will be used as statistical data. Those who cooperate will receive a coupon (worth 1,000 yen) that can be used at the Nepal Festival. We appreciate your valuable time, understanding, and cooperation.
